  1. Please have the water and electricity on at the property.
  2. Please make sure there is a spot in front of the home or in the driveway for us to park.
  3. Please pick up toys or small items off the carpet before the technician arrives.
  4. Please move any large or heavy furniture that you’d like our technicians to clean underneath before they arrive.

We offer 10% off to active/retired military, first responders. 

Our technicians can move a few small items, but we ask that you move TV stands, tables, dressers, bed frames, desks, or any heavy furniture that you’d like us to clean underneath. If the cleaning is not part of a required move out cleaning, we recommend cleaning around the furniture as opposed to moving it. The carpet underneath your furniture is usually clean because no one has walked or spilled food on the carpet.

After a few years of testing we have determined that the Butler cleaning system is the most reliable and powerful truck mounted steam cleaning system. For that reason we only use butler cleaning systems. Each butler system costs over $100,000 but we know its a small price to pay so that we can ensure our customers get the best cleaning possible.

After steam cleaning the carpet should be dry in 4 to 6 hours. However, high humidity, pet treatments, or scotch guard can increase the dry time.

Depending on the condition and the number of rooms of carpet you need cleaned the amount of time it takes will vary. However, almost all appointments are completed within 1 to 3 hours.

We use a steam cleaning or hot water extraction cleaning process. This method of cleaning is most recommended by carpet manufactures and the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration. Many manufactures even require that you get your carpets professionally cleaned, using steam or a hot water extraction process, once a year to maintain their warranty.

The products we use are completely safe for both children and pets once our cleaning process is complete. However, if you suffer from severe allergies and have issues with fragrances please let our technicians know and they can use our cleaning solution specifically designed for people that are particularly sensitive.

Our two technicians are Anthony and Frank and depending on the size of the job they may work individually or as a team. You can rest easy knowing that we are an owner-operated and local business.

Our other services include: tile and grout cleaning, grout sealing, upholstery cleaning.

Our carpet cleaning services come with a 10-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have any concerns please contact us within ten days and we will do everything within reason to make it right. The satisfaction guarantee can be voided if the carpet is in very poor condition or if the customer declines the technician’s recommended treatment plan.

During busy times of the year/season we may subcontract to a reputable company, but rest assured you get the same results and guarantee as if we came in our branded van!

Absolutely! Discover Carpet Care is both bonded and insured. We also carry workers compensation insurance to ensure that both you and our employees are protected.

We recommend scheduling appointments 2 to 5 days in advance of when you require the cleaning. However, during particularly busy times, such as the holidays, we recommend making an appointment a week or more in advance.

We accept cash, checks, and all major debit/credit cards. We do not carry change for cash.
